Table cells with specified widths (percentage, pixel, or calc) were ignored during column width calculation, causing cells to collapse to content size. Now resolve specified_width hints and apply them as minimum column widths before distribution. Add text-align: center to the UA stylesheet for <center> elements so descendants correctly inherit centered text alignment. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
