Add Overflow::Scroll and Auto enum variants, extend clipping to all non-visible overflow values, implement visual scroll indicators, and fix positioned children clipping per CSS 2.1 §11.1.1. Code review fixes include: DRY overflow parsing helper, rasterizer clip consistency, scroll indicator corner overlap fix, abspos escape in overflow detection (recovering 6 WPT tests), and additional golden/unit tests.
