Summary

  • Updated README importer/script status to match current CLI behavior.
  • Refreshed Phase 4 roadmap/plan and architecture notes for landed importer, script, path, and app shell slices.
  • Added docs_conformance tests that keep README script/importer claims aligned with examples and validation commands.
