Zachary D. Rowitsch 874e1f8c87 Update table-layout-fixed golden files for Appendix E paint order ...

The CSS 2.1 Appendix E paint order change (41cd744) reordered display
list items so borders paint before inline content. Regenerate the 7
table-layout-fixed golden files to match the new correct ordering.
