Implements basic CSS Grid with explicit and auto-placement, fr/px/auto track
sizing, row-gap/column-gap, grid-column/grid-row placement (line numbers and
span), justify-items alignment, and display: inline-grid. Splits the former
single `gap` property into `row_gap`/`column_gap` throughout the codebase.
